Substitute Openings (Always hiring)
We are always looking for substitute teachers. Please email an application along with your schedule of availability. Pay is $16.28/hr for assistant subs and $20/hr for AMI-trained guide substitutes.

Afterschool Care Assistant
This position is a 3pm-5:30pm position during the school year, with the option for additional hours as a classroom substitute during the school day. The pay ranges from $16.66-$22/hr depending on experience and education.

Teacher's Assistant for the 2025/26 School year
Work schedule: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM, with a paid lunch period and additional prep time from 3:00 – 3:30 PM. 185 days per year.
The Teacher's Assistant will be responsible for assisting the lead guide with environment preparation, general supervision, and material prep. In this role, the assistant will also collect data for the lead guide through observation. Other aspects of this role are working one-on-one with students under the direction and supervision of the guide, as well as snack preparation and some light cleaning tasks.​

Competitive salary range: $24,650-$34,650 per year based on education and experience ($16.66-23.40/hr).

Required: Completion of (or enrollment in) a short certificate course in ECE or greater
Requirements for any of our open positions:

Completion of 30 hour basic training required by DCYF

Registration in MERIT including a background check

First Aid/CPR training
